Happy Easter

It was a good Easter at the Schofields. Tiger and Grandma were here for about 10 minutes before they left for Montana. They boys enjoyed their Easter egg hunt. They were wild from their sugar high all day. :)

Ethan's Baptism

Ethan is so OLD!!! OK 8 isn't really old, but I remember when he was little and I was teaching 5 year olds in primary and thinking how old they were. Not even considering I'd have a child this age someday. Boy, how time flys. Enjoy the pics.

NEW TV!!!

Ok, after 7 years I finally bought a new TV. Thats not to say I didn't absolutely love my Mitsubishi 65" tv. I did, in fact I had to since I bought it without Natali's permission (BIG MISTAKE) and I paid almost $6000 for it. So, after loving it for many years, the need to view my HD DVDs and Blu-rays in 1080p took over and I began the search for a new TV. Thank goodness for taxes, wait did I just say that...well, thank goodness for tax refunds. So, thank you tax refund. So, for all wondering, yes I did go down in size, 60" now. It was a hard pill to swallow but I couldn't afford the 70", well I couldn't convince Natali it was worth it. So anyway, here are before and after pictures. Enjoy and yes everyone is welcome over to watch a new movie.

Happy Birthday Ethan and Drew!!!

I can't believe Ethan is 8!!! He is such a big boy. He had a good birthday. He got a new bike from us, he rides it every day. He is very excited to be baptized. He's such a big boy!!!
Happy Birthday to Drew! He is such a big boy now. 4 years old! Hard to believe!

Peyton's First Haircut---well real haircut

So, I've been hacking at Peyton's hair for the last 21 months and Natali finally had enough. She took all the boys to Cookie Cutter's to correct the unfortunate hair do Peyton has been forced to wear for the last couple months. He sure does look good now!!!

Disney On Ice

So we were missing Disneyland and Disneyworld and I saw a coupon for $8 off each ticket to Disney on Ice. So we all went. I was prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be really awesome. The boys loved it, Natali and I loved it. It was very fun. However, we were very shocked by the prices of the merchandise. We thought oh sure, it will be expensive, but $20 for a snow cone? Any way enjoy the pics.

What a Week!

This has been quite the week at our house. On Friday, Alex started having a hard time breathing again. Another trip to the doctor to find out that Alex had a double ear infection and was going to be admitted to the hospital if we couldn't get his saturation rate up. After breathing treatments every 2 hours, steroids which means roid rage, and antibiotics, I'm happy to report that by Monday Alex was doing 100% better. In the mean time, Peyton had a very rough weekend and was just not himself. Back to the doctor to find out that Peyton had a double ear infection. Meanwhile, as we were leaving Target Monday afternoon from picking up Peyton's anitbiotics, Drew tripped and fell in the parking lot. By the time we got home he was complaining that his left hand hurt a lot. His left hand was swollen and he just had that look in his eyes. After watching him for a couple of hours, we decided he needed to get his hand checked. Off to the ER... to find out that Drew had broken his 3rd metacarpal and would need to wear a splint. When it rains it pours!!!!
Just an update: Everyone is healing and feeling much better!!!! :)

Happy Birthday Alex!

Alex is 6 years old today! What a cute 6 year old he is! He decided to have a pirate party complete with a treasure chest pinata and a number 6 sparkler on his cake. He was so cute opening gifts and loved everything everyone gave him. Thanks for all the birthday calls and gifts. Wish everyone could have been here!

Supermen!

The most handsome Supermen ever!! I just love these boys!! Even when they're sick they're thinking of others. Alex has been having a hard time breathing. He's such a trooper though and hardly complains which in this situation makes things hard. We went in and not only was he VERY wheezy, but he also has two ear infections. What a tough kid. Almost too tough! He only mentioned once that his ear hurt over the weekend. The doctor said the one ear looked so bad it would make anyone cry. Now he's on antibiotics and steroids to hopefully prevent a hospital stay. And despite all this, he's still drawing me pictures.

What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas

Peyton loves Las Vegas. It brings out his wild side. The first picture is when he was only 9 months old. The second picture is from this weekend - 18 months old. I think Peyton will only be visiting Las Vegas under parental supervision!

Merry Christmas

Here are a few Christmas pictures that I couldn't get to post earlier. We had a very merry Christmas!

Fun in the Sun!

We had a very fun trip to Arizona over the weekend. The boys were great during the long car ride. They loved spending the night at the Venetian in Las Vegas. We ate at the Wynn's brunch Saturday morning. Delicious!!!!! The boys were thrilled to be able to choose whatever they wanted to eat. We ate everything from Kung Pao Chicken to prime rib to pancakes to pizza to strawberries and cream for breakfast. The trip to Ryan and Anne's was a blast. It was great being able to see everyone. Great company and wonderful food!! Plus baby Andrew is an absolute doll. We barely saw the boys. They were too busy playing with their cousins! Just wish it could have been a little longer and a little warmer :). The highlight of the drive home was stopping at the Hoover Dam. As you can see Alex decided to wear pajamas all day. He wanted to be comfortable in the car. Good idea!
